I suspect that you have to complete a validated transaction using the original PIN before you can change it... try to change it again tomorrow night after end of business hours..

Yes i thought that, i did try it again after Morrisons but still wouldnt work, so will ring tomorrow, they open ay 8 am, will let you know, thanks again

Hi all

Rang up bank this morning, they told me it was a faulty chip and pin, basically i can use it on the original number hence i used it in Morrisions, but not to change my pin. I am keeping this card until i come back from Mexico as got no choice, it wont be here otherwise in time. When i get back, i will send off for a new one. Whether it works for cash i do not know, but do not want to go down that route.
