Many thanks for your reply. Their website seems to be functioning but they don't reply to anything. We have used them for many years and joined their loyalty scheme but they seem to have shut down completely.

It really is amazing that a company that one many awards over the years can disappear without trace. We were so used to using them for our French trips that we have no experience of any other companies. We mainly used there hotel breaks, staying at very good hotels with excellent restaurants. Does anyone have a favourite company that does similar things?
