I am having problems with my forthcoming holiday booked with You hotels via 2bookaholiday.com
Has anyone booked to go on the MS Emely only to find once out in resort she is not in service if so what boat were you transferred to?
I booked a Nile Cruise last May which I found on the travel zoo weekly Email... The link took me to 2bookaholiday.com. where I booked the deal (flights are with easyjet and the accomodation the MS Emely is supplied by You hotels.
All was good or so I thought until reading on another forum last weekend that the MS Emely has not been in service for over a year but You Hotels are not advising their customers of this until they are in resort... They arre then told that they will be on another boat... The majority of people have been put on aboat called the Esadora which has been far from satisfactory.
I have rung and emailed 2bookaholiday.com & You travel a number of times but You Hotels will not admit that this boat is no longer in service.
I am travelling out on March 11th and feel really in limbo regarding the situation

There are lots of threads on TripAdvisor about booking this boat and not ending up on it. Many different boats have been used too - it seems they don't just offload the passengers onto the same boat each time so you can't make any assumption as to which boat you will actually sail on.
It sounds like you will not be travelling on the Emely at all and you can probably resign yourself to that fact but unless you can find out who operates it from Luxor, you may have difficulties in getting any other information from them.
