We fly to greece on 3rd May, the holiday was booked 6 weeks ago, we have been informed today rather than the luxury family room we booked for we have been changed to a 1 bedroom apartment. We paid a suppliment of £150 for the family room as there are 5 of us and there were extras available in the new room. This 1 bedroom apartment is very standard and unacceptable to us. When we have disputed this they say they class is as a minor change and still sleeps 5 so no offer of money back or other alternative. Where do we stand? also if we cancel we loose 90% of the holiday cost!
How can they do this?!
What's the name of the accommodation?
