Have mooched around the internet and many people mention lower floor due to lifts being a pain, but then they also say that lower floors the pool area can be noisy
Someone did say they stayed in Room 308 and had the sun on the balcony all day till about 3pm. The hotel looks fairly tall so I'd imagine that 308 is on 3rd floor?
