I have just arrived back from Alcudia and had a great holiday as usual I have been six times now always great. One thing out of the ordinary is a change office we used on ctr arta the main road to can picafort 100 mtrs along from burger king they advertised 1.16 euros to the pound on exchanging money we noticed we did not get this rate we were charged 15% commission this is not advertised on there board and the girl just smirked at us .we spoke to other exchanges and they said this is remarked upon by other tourists. it is not illegal but it is unfair not to mention this until after the exchange is made. I just want to make others aware of this practice by this office. It is next to the chemist.
