booked a holiday last night with very cheap holidays.com
i sort of realized that they had cocked up on the air fare but thought i would see it through and get a very cheap holiday (doing what it says on the tin)....got a phone call at 10.30 last night telling me that the holiday would'nt be honoured as the price was obviously wrong....
they had all my details including passport number,card...etc,etc
but they informed me that i did'nt need to change my card as they would destroy all of my details, and the reason it was a wrongly priced holiday was a 'computer glitch'........the computer glitch is still available 12 hours later.
be very careful as this company, don't look like they quite get the security problems involved in having to give all your details BEFORE they know if they can let you have the holiday....crazy.
avoid them like the plague. unless on the phone and don't give any details until you have agreed a price.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. It was obvious to you on booking through the agency that it was wrongly priced. They contacted you later that day and have not debited your card. Now, if they had insisted that you pay the full price and refused to give back any deposit then you would have a valid complaint.
Where were you booking? Perhaps folks here can give recommendations.

Lots of OTAs work exactly the same way. You knew the price was wrong, you've not been charged, so not sure what the problem is.
