Planet Cruise awful company. Once they have your money they do not return calls. We were abandoned at Port Canaveral after a cruise and had to find our own way to airport - we were not told this when booking the cruise.

When booking car through them we were promised an upgrade but this was not done only found out when arriving to pick car up. Very disappointed with their service and will never use them again.

Did your paperwork say transport to the airport? And the car upgrade? What did they say when you contacted them?
