I love the series.
Been great viewing so far, in Lucknow next week and with 2 to go after that hopefully Goa is coming up, Rick is very good friends with the manager of the Ronil Beach Resort in Baga.
I've got the Book (only £11 on Amazon and the recipe on page 162 is amazing, I've cooked it twice) and there's not much mention of Goa so don't think he's actually going there.
Shame if he doesn't visit Goa, some great dishes that would show a good difference from the rest of India. Enjoying the series and hearing good reviews about the book, got all the others he has done so this is a must.
Loved this series, he makes cooking look so easy. Wish we could have found good vegetarian food like he did when we were on our tour of Rajasthan last year. We are not veggies but seemed to be living on different variations of cauliflower and rice for 16 days which was a shame as we don't mind the odd veggie meal but it did get boring and sometimes we just opted for beer and pringles.
Really enjoyed the series - very interesting from start to finish - could eat all the dishes except the crab finger food.
Sanji x
