I thought it would be good to have a thread where you can post your favourite travel photo. I have so many but this is one of my favourites from quite a few years back. This is the view from Sugar Loaf mountain in Rio as the sun was beginning to set. Rio was manic and brilliant and here it was just so peaceful looking down.

That's a great view over Rio de Janeiro from Sugarloaf Fiona, definately on my list of places to go!

I definitely have a few sunset photos that I love

I will never have underwater ones though as I'm bad enough snorkelling!

Not "travel" photos as such because they were taken here in Cyprus - but it was while my parents were here on holiday in February. I try to take a few when we go out and about and then later on, get them printed with one of the UK sites and have them posted to mum and dad at home.

This one is on one of the old piers close to the new marina:
