Looking for advice on 2014 holiday

Hi everyone

I'm just new to this forum and would really like some advice

I'm looking to plan a holiday for Summer 2014. either July or August. I'll be a 21 year old female going with a 22 year old friend.

We'd like to go somewhere in Europe that has relatively lively nightlife, but not wild (Ie not Magaluf, Kavos etc). Somewhere with plenty to do during the day (ideally a water park and/or theme park, water sports on the beach etc).
I've previously been to Benidorm and Salou so looking to try somewhere new. I really have no idea where to start.

How about Sunny Beach, Bulgaria? Good, but not wild night life, choice of water parks, and relatively inexpensive with a good range of accommodation options

Have a look at Rhodes. Lindos might fit the bill. Not sure about water parks nearby though.

Albufeira in the Central Algarve, Portugal, has everything you're describing. Choice of water parks, lively atmosphere in the Old Town ....... and there's always the Strip if you want something a bit wilder. I agree with post above have a look at Bulgaria ( sunny beach ) some nightlife really cheap lovely beach with watersports 2 waterparks been 7 times well worth a look :cheers
