Superb ...and oh,so true ......I've transhipped via Amsterdam twice with Lufthansa/KLM...and both times my luggage didn't make the connection...once they actually admitted that it had gone back to Munich rather than forward to Cardiff...what price airline "security"??
The other time it had just vanished !..Nobody seemed to give a t**s ... ...to reappear at my home 5 days later unexpectedly.
