Does anyone have any advice regarding the most economical and efficient source of heaters for the home?
My 78 & 82 yrs old parents don't want to go to the trouble, or expense, of having central heating fitted. They would like some form of extra heating over their gas fire in the lounge and one gas wall heater at the top of the stairs for the winter.
Last winter they had a halogen heater at the other end of their long lounge & plug in radiator to keep the chill off the kitchen.
Any help appreciated, thank you.
Cheers Brian will take a look
They may be eligible for free central heating that would solve the expense problem but would involve some disturbance.
Thanks Nick will have a look for them. At the moment they've decided to buy another oil filled radiator.
Have had a mooch Nick and couldn't find the link required to see if they were eligible so did a search and it appears that the grant finished 19th Jan this year. Thanks though
