I can imagine some of the conversations when they give the courtesy card to the person in front!
I think they're more controversial than the actual act of reclining !!

I wouldn't bother with the card I'd be inclined to let them think they had a dodgy chair. Mind you, I usually use budget airlines and I don't think their chairs recline.
