Hi all,
Back to Akumal in October and can't decide whether to visit the ruins or not. We've already done Chichen Itza, and will be using the ADO bus to visit the Coba ruins.
Are the Tulum ruins worth visiting for a few hours early morning or shall we give it a miss?
Thanks for any replies

Visited a few years back and well worth a couple of hours. Beautiful setting. We took the bus from Cancun.
The beach below the ruins is certainly worth the trip!
Thank you both, looks like we will end up visiting here for a few hours

The Tulum Ruins are absolutely gorgeous. They have breezes coming into the sea and it doesnt have that great sense of "foreboding" that you pick up form Chichen Itza.
Good luck.
