Hi All,
I have had my hotel changed three weeks ago and now they have changed my flight times by 10 1/2 hrs, I only booked the holiday as they were excellent morning flights, I have two children and didn't want them to be hanging around for 13hrs after being kicked out of our (new) hotel. I have already done this on one occasion and it was not a great experience so vowed I would never do it again, I paid £300 extra for the early morning flights (06:00 outbound) and now they are 16:20 outbound which means that we are not arriving until after the hotel stops accepting check-in (23:00) I have spoken to Loveholidays and asked for a refund to which they replied that they 'have spoken to Thomsonfly and as the change was deemed minor we are unable to claim a refund and that if we cancel we will lose the whole cost of the flights'...PLEASE HELP
