Could anyone tell me if this hotel has a beach towel service.
Also are there any tips from people who have been. Also is there a hotel email and do they respond to requests.

Yes they do give you towels
Google the pernera beach hotel and it will give you the web site and they do get back back to you.
Lovely hotel and nearly all rooms have sea view.
