Booked Alpharooms to go back to the hotel were we were married on the island of Kos.My family decided to join us and booked with the same company. My daughter was recently contacted to say they had messed up her hotel reservation and our hotel is now full. Its an all inclusive resort and all they are offering is to move my daughter and Mother in a hotel elsewhere. How we socialise eat or drink in separate all inclusive resorts when none residents are not allowed in is beyond me. BIG THUMBS DOWN TO ALPHAROOMS. My wedding anniversary going back for the first time to where we were married is ruined
