Love Holidays! what a bunch, we booked an ultra all inclusive deal with them, trusting them as they are ABTA registered, love holidays don't sell packages according to Mrs Dix so ABTA is irrelevant, Love holidays booked the hotel through a company called Hays beds, Hays beds say they are ABTA, ABTA says they are not, hotel couldn't provide the services included in the all inclusive package, our room was a joke, we were trapped in the lift twice, complained about the LOUD music repeatedly, tried to contact love holidays..................never answered the phone, and now just say its not their problem, its Hays beds, whos say...............its not their problem its love holidays...................BBC watchdog, trading standards.............

Please be very careful when booking a holiday through LOve holidays, its ok until it goes wrong and then they don't want to help!!
