went online last week to book a specific hotel in brittany. It had to be in a very specific location due to mobility problems of companion. I specially drew their attention to the fact that if this one was not available, no alternative was wanted. Received an email that night, indicating everything was fine with the booking. Next morning, two different emails saying the original hotel booked out and they changed us to another one. Problem is we stayed at this new one before and did not want it again. Emailed them back to cancel immediately and asked for confirmation this was done. No reply to six emails I sent. Also phoned to be told their computer system was done and ring back!! Very unhappy at this system and wondering will they charge me the booking fee!!!!Anyone anything similar?
