On a few occasions recently, there have been posts where people have been advised to contact a company by phone but have been warned it is premium rate.
Should you need to contact any of these companies, then take a look at the following website where you can search for a geographical number that will be part of an inclusive call package or at normal call rates.

As well as that website, there are some apps available for mobile phones on both Apple and Android systems that allow you to call a premium rate number as part of your inclusive package.
The other trick is to dial 0345 rather than 0845 -many companies have updated the numbers following Govt. action (OFCOM) without necessarily updating all their web pages !!!
