I chose our seats & added priority, card details were saved so just a case of adding security code. All done, pressed Pay now & page jumped to reveal card information etc but wouldn't process payment. Tried again same thing.
I was on my tablet so tried my iPad. Ditto.
Went over the road to use neighbours laptop. Ditto.
Changed browser to Firefox. Ditto
Rang Sanji for her to try on PC. Ditto.
Another friend was booking her seats from works PC, she booked hers tried to book mine. Ditto.
I contacted the chat helpline & instead of £42 they wanted £63 - exit me stage left.
Emailed the complaints department & they replied that I should contact customer service. Rang customer service & got cut off mid chat. So went back to online chat, where Ronald suggested I use "My booking" & kindly gave me the link to the page I'd been using for 24hrs.....
I decided to try customer services again.... Got a nice bloke who gave me a price of £52 I huffed that it was £10 cheaper on the website & he must have felt sorry for me as he kindly let me book for same price as web. £42.
So 24hrs, 2 calls to customer service, 2 online chats & 3 different price structures just to book some seats. I'mm not friends with Ryanair 😠
