United Airlines have offered a refund to all passengers on the flight.
Lawyers acting on behalf of Dr Dao have filed an emergency court request for the airline to "preserve & protect" evidence.

Almost bribery, Fiona? I'd say it is bribery - a cackhanded attempt to buy off other passengers!
I don't understand why they have done that. Surely everyone will think the same?
