Sorry to hear that. It will have put a real dampener on the holiday. I think you will find it difficult to prove that it was stolen from your room as you didn't discover your loss until you arrived home. If you had discovered it in your resort you could have contacted the police. Wimpen should have responded though. Did you use the contacts on this page ?
