We have travelled with LoveHolidays for several years now, and never had an issue before. This time my husband booked to 'surprise ' me when I got home, well he certainly did, he booked the wrong dates!
We have been trying to fix this with Love Holidays from the following morning, now a week later, it seems the best they can do is £75pp charge. There are 5 of us travelling 😟.
I have booked several holidays a year from Love Holidays for the past few years, and on some occasions they can not confirm our booking for several days; yet when it is less than 24 hours when we request a change, they want £350 from us. I am so disappointed.
i know there is no legal cooling off period, but surely a renowned company would use discretion in this situation.
we get fined if we cancelled too, I considered cancelling and rebooking. But it wouldn't work.
They are putting us in a situation where we may have to cancel as we can't afford the extra fees 'upfront'.
Has anyone had any success dealing with a situation such as this?

Are you sure hubby booked the wrong dates? Does he admit it's his fault as we've had complaints where folks are certain they booked the correct dates.
