I have booked a holiday with Love holidays. Despite charging me extra for a balcony room and confirming in numerous emails to me that i have this style room and enduring extra costs to do so, after contacting the hotel, they confirm that this is not available and that i am booked in to a standard room. I have been emailing and calling them for 12 days now to try and get resolved, emails are unaswered, call backs never happen, i have requested this to be escalated to a manager and still nothing has been resolved, i travel in 10 days, and due to medical reasons i need a balcony room, but no one is this company cares or will help me get this sorted. They have missold me my holiday and will not assist in getting this sorted!!! Avoid like the plague.
