We have tried a few. The latest one was the Thistle. Really cheap price- £56. It is a bit shabby but the room was ok and the bar was nice. We arrived after 11 at night.Mainly picked it as I had never tried the pods. They take you to the car park and the back of the hotel.
We like the Premier Inn on Bath Road- the one further along the Road( there are 2 ) You know what you are getting with a Premier inn- think it was £50.
Also on Bath Road, we tried the Renaissance- I was that enamoured with it. Not sure why. It was about £76. We have also stopped at the Sofitel- you can't beat walking along the corridor and into the airport!
