The issue that I have experienced was: I booked a hotel room in Hammamet, Tunisia via LoveHolidays. Before I booked the room, I spoke to one of their adviser and asked about the room description. She explained me that, it is a family room and its two room connected internally and she also refereed me to see some pictures on there website which shows different room pictures for Family. I then got convinced and booked my Family room via online. After I booked through loveholiday then I sent an email directly to the hotel just to confirm about the room description but they replied saying its only one room and not two room connected. I then contacted Loveholiday and asked why they mislead the information and sold the room to me and they totally denied and saying there is no writing information about the two connected room. We are travelling as a family and we obviously don't want our child to live with us in a same room. I then asked them to give me a room which they described at the first place or cancel my booking as it is still long left until my holiday which I booked for October 18th in 2019 but they refused and saying that they will charge me for cancellation even though its clearly not my fault. Just because i gave them the card details for the payment they are now taking advantage of that. I have heard many complaint about Loveholidays and their misleading or unclear information on there website. Can someone help me how I can solve this issue and how I can take an action against Loveholidays.
