Hello everyone.
I booked in a holiday for 7 people in Agadir, Morocco via On The Beach and after reading various reviews, I'm expressing deep concerns about whether this agent is reliable or not. Usually we tend to book in directly with Thomas Cook but since they went bust, the only other cheaper and affordable option was to book with an agent. There are some good reviews, but hearing some of those horror stories has just made me question my decision to book my holiday for next year with OTB.
I would like to know if anyone has ever used OTB to book in their flights, accommodation, and transfers and what their experiences were like.
Also, my first instalment is currently 'pending' of which I had paid via credit card. It was about 4 hundred and something. The total cost was under 3 grand.
How much would it cost to cancel for a family of seven. Would I be able to recover most, if not, all of the costs?
Thank you in advance for any input
will about others you will also find glowing reports. They are no different
from many others.. You mention Thos Cook and there were horror stories about
them at times. I stopped using them many years ago when they were totally
indifferent to a serious concern that was reported to them. I really do not
think you will find any that are able to show 100% approval. Payment by Credit
Card also provides some protection.
