Hello.
I booked a holiday with a caravan park within the UK on Monday.
It was at a good price for 2022. I booked it and paid it in full however I did not get any booking confirmation for the holiday.
The next day (Tuesday) I contacted the holiday park and asked for confirmation, they replied I would get it on Wednesday. The money for the holiday was still pending at this point.
On Wednesday I had noticed the money had been taken from my account and the money had been paid in full for the holiday however they did not contact me.
Today I emailed them again and was asked my details and told I would be getting booking confirmation straight away.
I confirmed my details with them.
2 hours later they have emailed me to tell me that they are waiting for a manager to get back to them about next years receipts and there is a discrepancy in the price for my booking!
Where do I go from here? They have had my money in full since Wednesday.

Which Caravan site?
Why would you pay in full now? Normal practice would be a deposit with the balance due near the date of the holiday.
