I booked a holiday in the USA 2020 but because of the virus we couldnt go. I did take a credit note. BUT we both have been told we are never to travel again This being our health and age. I have asked and asked and ASKED for my money back with being no i would need to take the holiday. As i keep telling airtours we cant take a holiday anymore. The will not listen to me. Any ideas please.

I would approach abta and request them to take action. It will then be escalated to them.

Do you have any terms you can share from when they give you the credit notes ?
