Hi all,
Hope this is okay to post on here but I am looking for any help/advice and feedback on the planning application we are submitting for 3 x equal access holiday cottages n the Western Lake District.
These are to be located in the grounds of Harecroft Hall a Victorian Villa which is currently under restoration.
The cottages/bungalows include 1 x 3 bed and 2 x 2 bed.
Each property has:
Large private driveway
Plenty of natural light and large garden, surrounded by mature woodland
Wheelchair storage and charing points
Large hallways
Open plan living/dining/kitchen
Kitchen include heigh adjustable units, sink, oven etc
Large luxury wetrooms
Level access to the surrounding gardens, we even have Llamas and Alpacas grazing behind the fence at the rear of the garden if that's something people like!!
Is there anything in particular we could do to help make peoples stay better?
Anything we could have overlooked?
Anything you would love to see but have never found?
As we are building these from scratch we have the chance to create something very special which allows everyone to come and visit this part of the Lake District.
We have found most if not all of the holiday cottages around here are very old with steep steps both outside and in, plus very little opportunity to make these older properties easily accessible.
Any help or advice is much appreciated.
Thanks for your time
Tony
