We swam with the dolphins in September and I must say it was brilliant, we only booked about a couple of days in advance, although depending on the time of year I am not sure whether you would have to book well in advance. It was worth every penny. My two children aged 12 and 10 swam with us. I think there is an age restriction of above 8 years, which is understandable. You are in a group of about 8 and you all take turns so that every one has a turn. I would truelly recommend it.
