Have a look there, and see if any of our members can advise you - or see if previous posts resolve your problem. £98 is not peanuts, but at least that's all you've paid.
sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if you go to http:/www.crimeshare.net/list.html you will find that the company you mentioned are blacklisted BBB.
