Very depressing for anyone involved in this scandal, I just don't understand how someone can build dozens of apartments while not even owning the land or having the proper building permissions.

In one way it's good that the Govt are cleaning things up but for those who get stung it just doesn't get much worse. I hope they can get compensated.
