Hi. We stayed at Dassia last year end of june beginning july. 4 adults and two kids aged 15 and 10.. Had a great time there are plenty of bars and restaurants some of the bars get quite lively. It is not a large resort but there is a long stretch of shingle beach and you can sit on the grass of the Chandris Hotels but if you want a sunbed there is a charge. We bought air beds and used them. Some lovely places to eat. our favourite was the Dionnysos Taverna. Mr gyros at the top end was great for Breakfast 3 different sizes the largest being 4 euros and huge! Get the boat taxi into Corfu town one evening its a nice trip with plenty of time for a meal or to shop. By day you can catch the bus with the locals thats an experience. you can go to Corfu town or Kassiopi. Gouvia is just down the road. If you want foam parties and the like a taxi into Ipsos would ne easy to do. It can be as lively or as quiet as you want it. Have a great time - we did. Even the Kids.

Dassia is a beautiful resort, it has a long shingle beach with plenty of watersports, along the beach there are some great restaurants for lunch in, also they do evening meals on the beach here at night. running parallel with the beach is the main road through Dassia this is where all the bars are, there are a few lively bars and some quiet relaxing ones. For a livelier night out it is worth going to Ipsos you can get the bus here just jump a taxi back. For a few days out jump the bus to corfu town. you can also get a boat trip for the day going to Kassopi stopping at a little fishing village for lunch and it also stops for swimming. The hotel Chandris is a nice hotel and they let you use their pool, well they did when we were there. You won't be dissapointed with dassia it is lovely. A bit of both lively the main road at night, quiet the bars on the beach at night.
