My 2 recommendations are Flisvos, beneath the castle off the track to and overlooking Valtos beach, - try pork with cream and Metaxa sauce or delicious country lamb. Our next fovourite was Barba Nassis, right on Valtos beach, near the harbour end (far end from Parga town), delicious Greek dishes with lots of fresh herbs and often a free dessert or brandy. Other recommendations..... Ostria (Italian) and Ideal on the front under the Castle Three Stars on the Front (near the Jetty) Good plain food well presented. And you must go to Stefanos Taverna for fresh fish... he catches it all himself and will entertain you all night!
