Not so sure about day trips but all i can say is go it is a fab day out lots to see and its got its own little beach too

How far from Sa Coma is the Dolphin Park,also how much is it to get in ?

I went to Marineland last month, and was dissapointed. The park is very small, and the only worth while attractions are the parrots and the dolphins. Very good for young children, but for older children 14+ they will most likely be bored.

However if you do want to go, make sure to bring swimming costume, as a private beach is there which all guests are allowed to relax on. Very nice!

I went to Marineland on 2nd June - It was an organised trip with First Choice. We went to Marineland in the morning and the Aquapark in the afternoon (only 15mins away!).

I thought the Dolphin/sealion show was fantastic but apart from that not much else there. The Aquapark was fantastic - so its worth spending the day doing both. We had a fab day out, my 6year old and 3 year old didn't complain once and both crashed out as soon as we got on the coach home.

Does anybody know how far marineland is from C'an picafort?? If its best to do excursion with FC or DIY??

Marineland is in the Magaluf area so abbout an hour from Caan Picafort, I dont know if there is a bus route direct,

Just backed from Portugal and you could swim with dolphins in Zoomarine. We didnt do this. However we are going to Majorca next year and I was just wondering is it possible to do this in Marineland.

Iv been to marineland lots of times and as far as i no you cant swim with dolphins, the closest thing to this is a child from audience watching the dolphin show being pulled round in a boat. Each time we went my daughter wanted to be chosen, but as we found out when she had got to big it wasnt a case of being chosen, it was a case of getting in for the first show and asking the dolphin trainer can you be the kid in the boat.

Much been said about Marineland and i'd echo the 'don't allow all day' theme. We got there in time for the 12.30 Dolphin show, couldn't comfortably get in the Parrot one at 1.30 and it took less than an hour to do the rest, Penguins, Exotic Birds, Turtles, Aquarium, Reptiles etc.,

It all depends if you are driving or taking a tour, but Marineland is just beside Palma Nova in the south of the island.

Where abouts in caan picafort did you stay??

We did the FC trip from c'an pic combined aquapark trip. Travel just over 1hour to get there.
MArine land massive queues, ques about 35mins before show started. Excellent show, didnt have time for parrot Show, what with getting a bite to eat and having look around.only down side was the amount of time we got which was not a lot approx3hrs. Same for water park approx 3hrs. FC need to either give you more time at these places or do separate trips. Get family photo on entering which available for approx 8euro and just on left as walk in LAdy with parrots taking photos cost 10Euro back in the hour, which never noticed till leaving though would have like to have had.
Also can but MArineland DVD for 18euro.Kids will love it.
