I fly this saturday & a little worried re heat lumps. When ever the weather is extremely hot or cold, my fingers swell & I get lots of heat lumps that when pressed, feel like I'm pricking myself with pins - very, very painful.

Went to Ibiza many years ago in the middle of a heatwave & it spoilt my holiday - I was in agony.

Does anyone else suffer with this & if so, do you know of a cure?
