Any Info on Sunland Hotel Trianda? Is it part of Blue Bay?

I'm trying to find info on the Sunland Hotel in Rhodes, someone has suggested that it is part of the Blue Bay complex. Has anyone stayed here, or know of it at all?
Booked to go in August, but concerned about the lack of info on it. All replies will be appreciated.

Have a look at this site, we have booked the Kiotari/Miraluna and it looks like the Sunland is part of the same group:
