Thanks Brian, much appreciated.
Just want as many ideas or warnings about as many places as possible.
I have been to a lot of places but never did all inclusive.

Anyone else's ideas/opinions would also be greatly appreciated...

You might want to have a look at Club Letoonia at Fethiye Turkey - excellent 5*AI with a good range of watersports included in the package. Myself and another HT member have been in May and posted reviews.
Good Luck!!!

I did think about going to Tunisia but had heard that you get pestered a lot by street sellers/beggars!!
Mind you i have come across that in a few places and although it can get annoying, you just have to be firm.

would you say it is quite cheap there and what about the shopping and food? recommended?

Thanks for your advice.. x

:P the shopping in tunisia is great! watches, leather goods and shoes etc........ the weather is wonderful and (depending on your chosen hotel) the food is good too!!
I have been to quite a few countries and turkey and tunisia are rated as my top two. I just love the culture!!

:P oh, i forgot to add...........you could try the saadia hotel in skanes on a half board basis. it's not a really large hotel but it is cheaper than a lot of others. there is a wonderful family atmosphere and the tunisian theme night is absolutely great with belly dancers etc.
you could see if panorama do this hotel and maybe even get it cheaper!

Yes, you can get a bit harrassed sometime in the markets but this is to be expected really, and nothing to much to worry about, although i would be a little nervous myself going alone with my 2 kiddies (who are the same age as yours)! Then again, you may meet up with likeminded travellers who are going to the medina at the same time?!

Sahara beach in skanes, tunisia, went there last oct, going on the 19th June... Only 4 days to go! Great place for kids! I booked with my personal travel advisor and paid £720 for the 2 of us for a week :D

:P no, you don't get spat at at all in tunisia! I tend to cover up a little more only when i go to the markets but this is only a couple of times a week, and then i only take a little lightweight sarong and wrap it around my shoulders for a short while..
you would love tunisia!!

I have been to the Sahara Beach in Tunisia, twice with two young children. It is fantastic. I have never been spat at either.

 hi there I stayed in the sahara beach hotel in sousse tunisia it was one of the nicest hotels very clean with good service etc but you did get pestered by hawkers & beggars outside on the streets but this happens in every thirdworld country you are on holiday and must have money !
try the dom rep for a last minute A/I bargain my mate went at a cost of 600 quid for 2 in july

we didn't get spat at in Tunisia, yes the market sellers to try and pester you to buy things, just say no.
All incluisive works out cheaper I think, when you've got kids, especially for drinks and ice creams and that. :D

Sorry to put a dampener on things, but your daughters age of 16 you will probably have to pay adult prices , in saying that you might get a free child place or a reduction for the younger child which could still go over your budget .

Good luck , and have a great holiday .
