Hi all just to let you no that i have just returned from 2 weeks paradelic holiday at the hotel luperon beech in luperon all the staff are friendly food great drinks plenttful weather perfect beech golden sands what more can i say paradise ,but as ever there is a downside and that is the thomas cook rep what a waste of space she is unhelpful lies all she wants is to sell you tours sells you the vip room for your return which is a waste of time nothing is what she stated, we had a person on our flight out who was a problem and again she caused problems at the resort, on our return trip home she never informed anyone one this person needless to say yes you got it on the coach to the airport she played up then again on the plane home.well done excel crew who dealt with her in a professional manner, on arrival at gatwick we were put in a outer holding bay until the police arrived to take her away this could all have been avoided if the rep at our resort had done her job and informed the appropriate people of this person...
