Just wondering if Glydis HT admin can help me. Do you know of a german version of safe and sound travel rights. Don't know if my lawyers english is good enough to really understand what I have printed out.

The Safe and Sound is the copyright of Ros Fernihough and she has only done an English Version I'm afraid Margie.

Also, I don't know where you're based or in which jurisdiction you are making your complaint but quite a bit of what's included in Ros's guide only applies in the UK and you might find that German consumer protection legislation is different.
