Has anyone booked with this company before?
We are hoping to fly Glasgow to Tenerife in October and this is who we have been told we will be flying with.
We used them for Tenerife in march & they were fine. Our flight was Flyjet & even though it said it was a no meals flight, they provided them free!
Thanks, nice to hear from someone who has used them.
i booked with ct2 and they use LTE formally lnown as volair. i have wrote a post about our flight in this section under LTE
I went to Tenerife with CT2 in March 2001, no problems. We flew with Virgin Sun which were excellent, even managed to get bulkhead seats FOC, we didn't even ask for them! (they aren't around anymore).
We have booked a flight from Glasgow to Tenerife with this company.
Can you tell me what type of plane this is likely to be and what the luggage allowance is?
Thanks
The aircraft will be an Airbus A320 or A321. Baggae allowance will probably be the standard charter 20Kg, this will be printed on your tickets.
Thanks for your help
Flew to Lanzarote with them a few years ago and it was with Air Azzura and there was no TV on it and wasn't impressed with the flight (very Cramped)
THANKS (THE CODE IS bY)
EDIT: Mezza ... please turn your Caps Lock off when posting
Many thanks

i have arrived back from tenerife 2 weeks ago booked flights only for 9 people from Manchester to TFS and back. via a booking agent but bookings for flights were with club 2000 had two lots of flights changed by club 2000 one only a day before departure causing one person to loose half a day holiday also she had to come home early. and much aggravation to boot trying to find another flight. the holiday cost us more as well when we booked the original flight we were told we had to pay deposit that day as the flight was nearly booked up and only had 9 seats left by the agent who said they were told this by club 2000 so we promptly paid up. but when they changed our flight we were told it was because they were unable to fill the plane with passengers. having booked taxis both here and in tenerife we had to change them and lost deposits also lifts that were arranged could no longer take us so more taxis were needed all extra expenses. the flight out with first choice was excellent. but the flight home with.... "LTE".... was a joke dirty toilets faulty sound system the cabin crew bumped into my daughter with the drinks trolley hurt her and didn't even say sorry. her seat had bits falling off it we had the worst landing in Manchester you could get. we RE..named it faulty towers airways.......the plane also looked like a secondhand plane no names or emblems on it just white and a yellow tail fin and red wings i think.....i wont be having any flights through club 2000 again..........its a big.... NO...NO...for me. and looks like im not only one looking at posts on here..... [/b]
my post above was about club travel 2000 holidays that is the correct name for it......
anyone know a promotional code for club travel 2000 website?
CT2 Flights collapses
The Civil Aviation Authority has confirmed that HCCT (Holidays), trading as CT2 Flights, has gone into administration.
The Sale-based company specialised in flights and holidays principally to Tenerife and other Canary islands. All outbound flights have now been cancelled.
The operator's £7 million bond has been called in by the Civil Aviation Authority to help rescue 1,000 holidaymakers abroad and reimburse almost 40,000 with forward bookings.
Most sales of CT2 and sister firm LOCO Flights were made through travel agents with flights from Manchester, Leeds/Bradford and other airports in the Midlands and North of England, the CAA said.
The CAA is making arrangements for all holidaymakers abroad to fly home as planned.

What a pity and I do feel sorry for anybody who's been left in the lurch by them. I've only used them the once - for flight tickets for recent holiday in the Canaries and found their prices very reasonable and the customer service good too with regards to my mother's special mobility needs. Was thinking that I'd probably book with them again for our next trip but will now have to look elsewhere.

Pretty basic information but there is a link to the CAA with further information.
