We haven't been there yet but the Atlantica Golden Beach outside of Paphos is a adult only all inclusive and its rated 4* by Thomson and 5* locally (which I don't understand

Try the Ascos at Coral Bay if you don't have any children......I'm back there next year for my seventh visit.
Louis Phaethon Beach Club in Paphos is lovely.
Ledra Beach Paphos suits mainly adults - there were a few children when we went, but not many. Hotel situated nicely on the beach. I think you will find that even though British tour operators state no bookings for children under 16 at some hotels- it cannot be guaranteed as foreign tour companies allow children.
contantino's the great, protaras was fantastic, we went there on our honeymoon in july 2003 and there was only a handfull of children there
i would say the electra holiday village in nissi bay. the location was spot on as u cud walk to ayia napa in 5 minutes. we hired scooters and they were brill. we are going back to this next year
Louis Phaethon Beach Club in Paphos i would rate as one of the best family friendly AI's also has an indoor pool etc.

If you are a family with young children. I would recommend "The Papantonia".
The 'Pap' has 4 pools, food good and offers waitress service when the one bar is busy. Only downfall is you are located way out.
