My family and i are travelling to Scotland in February next year, Granton on Spey, just past Aviemore. Cant wait to go! We have booked ourselves a detatched house, that sleeps 8, but only 4 of us are going. What space we will have! Open coal fire, 1acre of garden....lovely! We went to Fort William for New Year this year, and really enjoyed it. A bit quiet though, but the scenery was beautiful! We passed several Lochs travelling up there, and was in awe of the scenery. I live in Yorkshire, where we have some beautiful countryside, but even i had to admit, Scotland scenery takes a lot of beating!
