Can't help with prices, but can confirm there is plenty for the kids although probably mostly Hotel based.
Your best bet would be to pick somewhere on the Bay side of San Antonio, that is away from the main town part.
To be honest, this is where most of the family orientated accomodation is based.
It is difficult to recomend anywhere without knowing the sort of budget you are on.
At the two extremes of San An Bay there is the Seaview Country Club at the one end of the bay and at the other end, the Hotel Tanit, which although not exactly in the bay itself, is still part & parcel of San An. The Tanit is based around the small Cala Gracio Bay and by all accounts (along with the Seaview) is a highly recomended choice.
In between there is choices to suit everyone - best check the Hotel review section.

Es Cana on the other side of the island is also very family orientated and in my opinion alot nicer. You also have very easy access to the more sedate and Catalan area of Santa Eulalia for a day trip if you want, its less than 2 miles down the road and 10 minutes on the regular bus.
There is plenty of family based hotels in Es Cana, along with many bars, restaurants and cafe catering to British family tastes, both food wise and entertainment. There is also an excellent beach in Es Cana which is something San An certainly lacks, that also has water sports, loungers (for hire) and beach side bars and cafes.
I hope you and your family enjoy your holiday together.

On top of what I have written above re San Antonio, I have to agree totally with balearicjobs, that Es Cana may well be a better bet.
(Just because I have stayed there the last four times in Ibiza has nothing to do with it!!
