I Have just b een talking to friends who are in corfu at the moment, they tell us everything has doubled in price........

is this true or a slight exageration?

anyone who has returned just recently what sort of price were

local mild cigarettes, eg Leader Blue ( they were 1 euro last year)

and local ouzo (not ouzo 12) last year was about 4 euros a bottle

the price of an english breakfast

the price of a gyros

we are going to St Georges south if anyone has just come back from there?

We have been back 3 weeks....prices for leader cigs were red ones 1.50 euro's...did not buy ouzo by the bottle

the price for a brekkie was around 3/4 euro's... i cannot see how prices have gone up..we thought it was really cheap, we stayed in Acharavi

Not long back from St Georges South.
Leader 1.50 a pack, I think ozo is still the same price.
The gyros were cheap, about 2.50 I think.
For a two course meal with wine it was approx 30 euros and about 3 euros for a large Mythos.
An english breakfast was approx 5 euros.

Since our last holiday in Corfu, i would say it has got slightly more expensive.

Lovely resort, hope you have a nice time.
