i'd recommend the Ritz Carlton on Jumerah Beach for a totally luxurious break! Fantastic service, a beautiful room and pool area... have a spa treatment too! Do check the building work there at the mo before you book. We were there last Aug and it wasn't a prob, but from what I've seen on TV there have been a few probs!
