We used to eat in the Pelican restaurant, which i believe was part of the hotel, its located right in the centre, just over the main road away from the beach, beach would be about 200 metres away, about 50 metres from the Kuban. Cant really comment about the hotel, but the food was brilliant, really good value for money. 5 of us used to have our evening meal there, average cost about 55-60 Lev (£22). this included 2 bottles of wine, chardonay 6 lev.
